FAQ’S

Everyone! The reason being is, it can catch mineral deficiencies and heavy metal toxicity before you start having symptoms. Or if you are already having symptoms, this test can give you answers as to why.
This is an amazing test that can show you exactly how your body is actually doing.
-
Metabolic rate (Shows how fast or slow your metabolism is at the time of running the test)
Metabolic trends (Potential symptoms based on current mineral patterns)
Stress indicators (Understand your current stage of stress)
Nutritional elements - These elements are clearly identified as crucial for numerous metabolic and biological processes. They encompass Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Copper, Zinc, Phosphorus, Iron, Manganese, Chromium, Selenium, Cobalt, Molybdenum, Sulfur, and Boron
Toxic elements - Also known as "heavy metals," these elements are notorious for disrupting biochemical and metabolic processes. They comprise Uranium, Arsenic, Beryllium, Mercury, Cadmium, Lead, Aluminum
Significant ratios - These are vital nutrient ratios essential for maintaining normal biological functions and metabolic activity, as indicated by research findings. These ratios consist of Calcium/Phosphorus, Sodium/Potassium, Calcium/Potassium, Zinc/Copper, Sodium/Magnesium, Calcium/Magnesium, and Iron/Copper
Additional elements - These elements are regarded as "potentially" essential and are presently undergoing further investigation to precisely determine their requirements and necessary amounts. This group encompasses Germanium, Barium, Bismuth, Rubidium, Lithium, Nickel, Platinum, Thallium, Vanadium, Strontium, Tin, Titanium, Tungsten, and Zirconium
Nutritional/Toxic Element Ratios - Studies indicate that toxic minerals can exert antagonistic effects on essential minerals, disrupting their metabolic utilization over time.
These ratios involve Calcium/Lead, Iron/Lead, Iron/Mercury, Selenium/Mercury, Zinc/Cadmium, Zinc/Mercury, Sulfur/Mercury, Sulfur/Cadmium, and Sulfur/Lead

You will get mailed a kit. In this kit you will find a form to fill out and a purple scale to weigh your hair.
You cut your hair from the scalp, not the ends. This is new growth and will show us what your current mineral levels are. You can use different sections of your hair, so you don't have one big bald spot.
You need to make absolutely sure this purple scale is weighed down, or the lab will not accept your test as they need a sufficient amount of hair to run the test.
If you do not have hair, you can use pubic or under arm hair, but again, make sure it weighs down the scale.

When you recieve your results, you will get a chart showing your mineral levels, heavy metals, and comparative ratios. You will also recieve a 10-15 page write up on foods to eat and avoid, conditions you may be susceptible to, and supplements that may be beneficial.
-
Results typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive, and will be sent to you via email.
-
At least once a year. If you get your results and are actively correcting a deficiency, then you should ideally get it done every 3 months to make sure your mineral levels are adjusting correctly.
-
No, please wait until you have at least an inch of new hair grown out as dyes and bleach skew the results. Remember, we need hair from the scalp, not the ends.
